Returns Policy

Please choose your shopping items carefully as there will be no refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Products that ‘don’t agree’ with you. Be sure to read all product information before purchasing or seek professional advice before self-medicating.
  • Orders that have already been processed and dispatched.
  • Any tampering, misuse or purposefully damaging stock. This is a severe health and safety concern

Refunds or Exchanges are only given under the following circumstances:

  • If products are sent incorrectly by Nature’s Dispensary
  • If a product is deemed to be damaged during transit or is faulty. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Nature’s Dispensary after further inspection of the product.
    ***The choice of a replacement product or a refund is at the sole discretion of Nature’s Dispensary.

To claim a return, please refer to the following information:

  • Nature’s Dispensary must be notified via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your full name, address, product name and the reason for the return.
  • A receipt/invoice number must also be supplied.
  • Any products returned to Nature’s Dispensary must be sent via registered mail at the customers own expense.
  • Any additional freight and postage costs will be incurred by the customer.
